Safety Worker Representative Refresher Course
UPDATE FOR THE EMPLOYEE ELECTED OR DESIGNATED TO REPRESENT WORKERS IN RESPECT OF HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK

RECIPIENTS
According to art. 47 of D.Lgs. 81/08 in all companies, or production units, there is the Workers Representative for Safety, person "elected or designated to represent the workers with regard to the aspects of health and safety at work".
For companies employing more than 50 workers, the mandatory annual update for the Workers Safety Representative is 8 hours

COURSE OBJECTIVES
The worker elected or designated to perform the service of Head of Workers for Safety (SGM) must follow a refresher course annually in order to exercise competently and effectively its function.

Contents in compliance with current regulations and related requirements
At the end of the course will be issued certificate of attendance, proven the frequency of training hours with verification of learning.

UPDATE
• The refresher course for Safety Workers' Representative, in companies over 50 employees• is equal to 8 hours.

• Updating of the competences of the SGM with regard to the Single Text on the safety of workers
• civil and criminal liability
• general and special legislation on health and safety at work
• main stakeholders
• related obligations and responsibilities
• regulatory aspects of employee representation activity
• definition and identification of risk factors related to specific issues of office work, in the risk assessment in the identification of technical, organisational and procedural measures of prevention and protection.
