General Basic Workers Training Course
BASIC TRAINING OF WORKERS, PERSON WHO, IRRESPECTIVE OF THE TYPE OF CONTRACT, CARRIES OUT A JOB WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION OF AN EMPLOYER

RECIPIENTS
According to art. 2 of D.Lgs. 81/08 the worker is "a person who, irrespective of the type of contract, carries out an activity as part of the organisation of a public or private employer, with or without remuneration, even for the sole purpose of learning a trade, art or profession, excluding domestic and family service workers […]"

COURSE OBJECTIVES
The agreement State Regions n. 221 of 21.12.2011 (as indicated by art. 34, paragraph 2 and art.37, paragraph 2) establishes• the duration, contents and modalities of the training to be carried out.
The contents comply with current regulations and related requirements.
The number of hours of training to attend is determined by the ATECO sector to which it belongs, associated with one of the three risk levels.
At the end of the course will be issued a certificate of attendance, proving attendance for at least 90% of the hours of training provided with verification of learning.

BASIC GENERAL TRAINING
With reference to art. 37 of Legislative Decree. 81/08 the duration of the general module is set at 4 hours for all sectors.

MANDATORY UPDATE
The course allows to obtain a permanent training credit, so it does not require updating.

The training of workers is considered completed at the end of the second module- SPECIFIC RISK- related to the specific code ATECO.
