Specific Training Course
SPECIFIC TRAINING FOR WORKERS- HIGH-RISK ENTERPRISES

RECIPIENTS
According to art. 2 of D.Lgs. 81/08 the worker is "a person who, regardless of the type of contract, carries out a work activity within the organization of a public or private employer, with or without pay, even for the sole purpose of learning a trade, art or profession, excluding domestic and family service workers […]"

COURSE OBJECTIVES
The agreement State Regions n. 221 of 21.12.2011 (as indicated by art. 34, paragraph 2 and art.37, paragraph 2) establishes• the duration, contents and modalities of the training to be carried out.
The contents comply with current regulations and related requirements.
The number of hours of training to attend is determined by the ATECO sector to which it belongs, associated with one of the three risk levels.
At the end of the course will be issued a certificate of attendance, proving attendance for at least 90% of the hours of training provided with verification of learning.

SPECIFIC TRAINING OF WORKERS HIGH RISK
With reference to art. 37 of Legislative Decree no. 81/08 the duration of the specific module is set at 12 hours for companies classified at high risk.

MANDATORY UPDATE
