Training for Managers
TRAINING FOR THE EMPLOYEE IMPLEMENTING THE EMPLOYER’S GUIDELINES BY ORGANISING WORK ACTIVITIES AND MONITORING THEM

RECIPIENTS
According to art. 2 of D.Lgs. 81/08 defines the manager is "the person who, by reason of the professional skills and hierarchical and functional powers appropriate to the nature of the task entrusted to him, implements the directives of the employer by organising and supervising the work".

COURSE OBJECTIVES
The agreement State Regions n. 221 of 21.12.2011 (as• indicated by art.37 paragraph 2) establishes• duration, content and• modalities of the training to be carried out.
Contents in compliance with current regulations and related requirements
At the end of the course will be issued certificate of attendance, proven attendance of at least 90% of the hours of training with verification of learning.

BASIC GENERAL TRAINING
The Manager’s refresher course is 6 hours for all sectors.
