This course is aimed at Managers, as identified and defined by Article 2 of Legislative Decree 81/2008 who have already received training and must carry out five-year update, in accordance with the State-State AgreementsRegions 21 December 2011 and 7 July 2016 and Article 37 of Legislative Decree. 81/2008.

All managers, pursuant to Article 37 of Legislative Decree no. 9 April 2008 n. 81, must receive sufficient and adequate health and safety training and periodic updating by their employer. The duration and modalities of this refresher training were defined by the Agreement of 21 December 2011 of the Standing Conference on Relations between the State, the Regions and the Autonomous Provinces: a five-year period and a minimum duration of 6 hours is foreseen, for all levels of corporate risk.

The objective of this course is therefore the five-year update of the training of managers who have received training for over 5 years.
