Recipients

This course is addressed to those in charge who have already received training and must carry out a five-year update, in accordance with the State-Regions Agreements 21 December 2011 and 7 July 2016 and Article 37 of Legislative Decree no. 81/2008.

All Appointed Persons, as identified and defined by Article 2 of Legislative Decree 81/2008, pursuant to Article 37 of Legislative Decree No. 81 of 9 April 2008, they must receive adequate and adequate health and safety training from their employer and be regularly updated.

The duration and the modalities of this refresher training were defined by the Agreement of 21 December 2011 by the Permanent Conference for relations between the State, the regions and the autonomous provinces: there will be a periodical 5 years and a minimum duration of 6 hours, for all levels of corporate risk.

The objective of this course is therefore the five-year update of the training of those in charge who have received the training for over 5 years.
