Refresher Course for Head of Prevention and Protection Service Employer
TRAINING OF EMPLOYERS
RECIPIENTS
According to art. 34 of D.Lgs. 81/08 the employer can perform directly the tasks of the service of prevention and protection from risks, first aid, as well as prevention of fire and evacuation, in the cases provided for in Annex II, giving prior information to the safety representative of the workers and the conditions referred to in the following subparagraphs.

The Employer is therefore obliged to attend training courses, of a minimum duration of 16 hours and a maximum of 48 hours, appropriate to the nature of the risks present in the workplace and related to work activities, in compliance with the Agreement State Regions and Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano n. 223 of 21/12/2011.

COURSE OBJECTIVES
The course aims to offer a correct key to reading and• interpretation of the prevention rules provided by the legislation in order to take the necessary measures regarding the reorganization of safety activities in the company.
The course contents comply with current regulations.

At the end of the course will be issued certificate of attendance, proven attendance for at least 90% of the hours of training and verification of learning.

UPDATE
The update for Employer who assumes the role of Head of the Prevention and Protection Service (RSPP) for companies classified at low risk (I module) is equal to 6 hours.
