Course for Head of Prevention and Protection Service Employer
TRAINING OF EMPLOYERS TAKING OVER RSPP IN THEIR OWN COMPANY- AVERAGE RISK

RECIPIENTS
According to art. 34 of D.Lgs. 81/08 the employer can perform directly the tasks of the service of prevention and protection from risks, first aid, as well as fire prevention and evacuation, in the cases provided for in Annex II, giving prior information to the safety representative of the workers and the conditions referred to in the following subparagraphs.

The Employer is therefore obliged to attend training courses, of a minimum duration of 16 hours and a maximum of 48 hours, appropriate to the nature of the risks present in the workplace and related to work activities, in accordance with the Agreement State Regions and Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano n. 223 of 21/12/2011.

COURSE OBJECTIVES
Il corso si propone di offrire una corretta chiave di lettura e di• interpretazione delle norme di prevenzione previste dalla normativa al fine di intraprendere le necessarie misure in merito alla riorganizzazione delle attività di sicurezza in azienda.
