Who is interested in the Privacy course?

Persons authorised to process personal data, Data Processors and Controllers of personal data but also anyone who needs to know how to properly and securely process personal data.

The law for the protection of personal data, the European Regulation EU 2016/679 imposes a series of obligations on companies that manage personal data, in order to ensure that the processing is carried out in compliance with the rights of the data subject, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to data protection.

The aim of the course is to understand and apply the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, allowing efficient data processing and at the same time ensuring the protection of the data.

The role of authorised company personnel is therefore fundamental: only through adequate training is it possible to ensure correct and safe behaviour and avoid unauthorised, voluntary or involuntary operations sanctioned by the legislation, both vis-à-vis the operator and vis-à-vis the data controller.
