Training course for managers of gambling halls and premises with lawful gambling equipment

RECIPIENTS
According to art. 9 paragraph 1 of Regional Law 8/2013 managers of gambling halls and premises where lawful gambling equipment is installed, are required to attend a compulsory training course.

The manager of the games room is, according to regional regulation no. 5 of 16 December 2014, "the holder of the exercise, even with different prevalent activity, in which the lawful gambling machines are installed or, in case of its absence, the entity responsible for the activity". This definition makes it possible to affirm the need of a person trained in the management of the relationship with the customers at risk of gambling in each individual exercise.

COURSE OBJECTIVES
The course provides the manager with the right tools to effectively address the relationship with customers at risk, and to participate in the battle against gambling.

BASIC GENERAL TRAINING
The training for gambling halls manager and premises with lawful gambling equipment is equal to 4 hours.

At the end of the course will be issued certificate of attendance attesting to participation in at least 90% of the hours of the course and verification of learning.
