Training course for food processors
SPECIFIC TRAINING REQUIRED FOLLOWING THE ABOLITION OF THE LICENCE AS REFERRED TO IN ART. 4 OF THE REGIONAL LAW OF 30 DECEMBER 2009, n. 33

RECIPIENTS
The course is aimed at all operators involved in the production, preparation, administration and distribution of food before the performance of work.

COURSE OBJECTIVES
The course aims to provide a knowledge of the HACCP system to allow participants to acquire the fundamental knowledge and skills about the main microbiological, chemical, physical risks that exist in the production processes, preparation, processing, storage, administration and distribution of food, structural requirements, food management, personal and environmental hygiene, as well as the prevention and safety of workers in the sector..

The contents comply with current regulations and related requirements.
At the end of the course will be issued certificate of attendance, proven attendance of at least 90% of the hours of training and verification of learning.

BASIC GENERAL TRAINING
The training for grocers is equal to 4 hours.
